College Student Health Survey
The College Student Health Survey assessed the health and health related behaviors of over 44,000 students from 29 different postsecondary institutions in the Midwest. Each college and university received a custom mailing and poster specific to their institution, with accompanying website for online survey completion. I chose the vintage look of this piece because I wanted it to stand out in a pile of mail as something different and not be perceived as junk mail. I provided all Design and Art Direction for this project.
